AUGUSTA, Maine, Oct. 10 -- Maine State Rep. Richard C. Cleary, D-8th District, issued the following news release:

State Reps. Patricia Sutherland, D-Chapman, and Richard Cleary, D-Houlton, would like their constituents to know that the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) income guidelines have increased. The change in guidelines will mean more Maine families are eligible for the fuel assistance program.
