AUGUSTA, Maine, Oct. 10 -- Maine State Rep. Richard C. Cleary, D-8th District, issued the following news release:
State Reps. Patricia Sutherland, D-Chapman, and Richard Cleary, D-Houlton, would like their constituents to know that the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) income guidelines have increased.
