TOPEKA, Kan., Jan. 14 -- The Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services issued the following news release:

The Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) will be accepting applications for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) from Tuesday, January 22 through Monday, March 31, 2008.
