NEW YORK, Sept. 19 -- The New York State Department of Health issued the following news release:
On Sunday, Sept. 21, at 2 p.m. at the Children's Museum of Manhattan, 212 W. 83rd St., State Health Commissioner Richard F. Daines, M.D., will meet with families to discuss expanded eligibility for New York's Child Health Plus health insurance program. Now ALL uninsured children in New York State are eligible for coverage through either Child Health Plus or Medicaid. See attached Fact . . .
