SANTA FE, N.M., Aug. 24 -- The New Mexico Department of the Environment issued the following news release:
The New Mexico Environment Department is issuing a public health advisory related to a sewage spill into the Montoyas Arroyo in the City of Rio Rancho.

Loan Agreements with World Bank for Industrial Pollution Prevention
