SAN DIEGO, Aug. 21 -- The U.S. Navy issued the following news release: USS Makin Island (LHD 8) hosted a Shipboard Isolation and Quarantine (SIQ) Limited Objective Experiment (LOE) Aug. 17-19 in San Diego.
