MATLOCK, U.K., April 18 -- The Derbyshire County Council issued the following news release: Derbyshire County Council's Holbrook Centre for Autism won the award for Best School Enterprise at the 2009 Social Enterprise Award. Staff set up a business called Perfect Pots to sell garden pots and hanging baskets containing plants chosen and planted by pupils.
